Serving together at Redeemer is a great joy and privilege. God has graciously given every member gifts and a vital role within the life of his church. And as each person does their part, the body of Christ is built up in love (Ephesians 4), and every member - just like every part of the body - is needed and valued (1 Corinthians 12).

That is why we desire Redeemer to be a church of “every member ministry,” where each of us gladly uses the gifts God has entrusted to us for the good of others and the glory of Christ. We do not serve in our own strength, but in the strength God supplies, so that in everything he may be glorified through Jesus Christ (1 Peter 4:9–11).
